We are now closed for the season and no longer have set hours. We might have a small amount of tomatoes and other produce available. If you would like to stop by, please get in touch.
On the farm
Feeling a bit nostalgic so I looked through some old photos. Here are some of my favorite moments on the farm. There are so many more... 💞💕💓💞
If you know us, you'd know how much we love the farm. This is bittersweet to let you that the farm is officially for sale. There will be open house this Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2pm. If you have any questions, please reach out to our listing agent at 206-931-7010. See the listing for more details at http://farmhouse.canbyours.com
Hot hot hot 🥵 🥵 🥵 Even too hot for the peppers and tomatoes, especially the young transplants. Shade is up to help them out. Stay cool and hydrated out there!!!
It’s getting HOT out there 🥵 We are scrambling to get all of our irrigation hooked up so that all our plants get the water they need. Shade is up on our greenhouse. It’s never been up this early. 🥵🥵🥵
It feels like Summer out. If only the first blooming Iris doesn’t remind me that it’s still Spring, I’d have thought otherwise. Enjoy the beautiful weather. ☀️☀️☀️
New babies are hatching on the farm. This little one is so fortunate to have 2 moms looking after.
It is a beautiful day out. It is also our last day of operating the farm so come see us.
Out tomatoes are flowering 😮😮😮 come get some plants for your garden tomorrow at our plant sale from 1-4pm. We had a little setback from some mice digging up our seedlings in the greenhouse so we don’t have as many plants to offer as we’d hoped but they did not touch any of the tomatoes. Many different heirloom varieties to choose from. See ya!
Lilac are in full bloom on the farm!!! It makes it a pleasure to be outside and take in deep breaths of their heavenly fragrance. 🥰
Our kitty found the perfect spot for himself. It’s like it was made just for him. I bet it’s a beautiful view of the sunset up there. 😄
Most of our seedlings have been enjoying the sun outside to be ready for your garden next week. The last couple nights have been cold and it’s a mad rush to get them all inside at night. The dahlias that I was trying to get a jumpstart on were unfortunately overlooked and they didn’t take kindly to the freezing temperature. Hopefully the tubers are still ok and they will bounce back. On that topic, something has changed and this Sunday 1-4pm will be the only time we’ll have the plant sale. Come by to grab some tomato seedlings for your garden or just to say hi. Hope to see you here.
It’s has been a strange day, sunny one minute - stormy next. Just look at that imposing sky. The brave chickens just don’t care. I love seeing how our rooster just stands there among his ladies like “no worries, I got ya!”
